Chris Nock has twenty-five years of building experience. His vast experience includes the construction and project management of high rise multi-residential apartments, large townhouse developments, childcare complexes, retirement villages, hotels, commercial office buildings and shopping centres. Chris Nock worked at Forrester Kurts Construction (now known as FKP Ltd) for over seven years in the capacity of Construction Manager.
In 1999 Chris Nock moved to Sydney where he had held the position of General Manager at Interline Interior Linings, a Sydney based company that is primarily engaged in the fit out of major commercial, residential and industrial projects. During this time, Chris Nock was involved in numerous projects in the Sydney CBD including the Fingerwharf Apartments at Woolloomooloo, The Stamford Apartments in Kent St, the Aurora Office Tower and the Macquarie Apartments in Macquarie St.
On his return to Brisbane in 2002, Chris Nock had a construction management role with MPM Pty Ltd which provided a building and consultancy service to a varied client base. Chris Nock from 2003 to 2005 was the Construction Manager for Reed Construction Qld, a company that had a construction turnover of over $100 million. At Reeds, he was involved in such projects as the Ramada Hotel at Pelican Waters, Caloundra, M1 a multi-storey apartment complex at Maroochydore and The Observatory, a multi-storey apartment complex at Caloundra.
Chris Nock is the General Manager of TMF Constructions Pty Ltd and is responsible for the management of the construction work conducted by TMF Constructions Pty Ltd.
