South Central South Central is Forrester Properties’ latest off the plan development. It is an 11 storey mixed use development comprising 3000m2 of commercial space, 200m2 of retail space and 39 residential apartments. South Central is centrally located being situated within 1 km of the Brisbane CBD and within walking distance of Southbank and the cultural/theatre area of Brisbane. The building has been designed by Kris Kowalski Architects and will be constructed by TMF Constructions. It is anticipated that construction of South Central will commence in early 2007. |
