Contract for the Design and Construction of 360 hotel rooms and apartments; Restaurant; Conference facility; Gymnasium; indoor and outdoor pool; 12 retail tenancies and Irish Tavern;
Development also incorporates the Mooloolaba Central Shopping Centre - consisting of: 2,500 sq.m. Coles; 1,000 sq.m Tavern; 5 retail tenancies.

This project won the:

• Queensland Master Builders Association State Award for Tourism and Hospitality over $10 million;
• Queensland Master Builders Association Sunshine Coast Award for Resorts over $10 million;
