BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS INCLUDING CONTRACT STYLE

Contract was for the Design and Construction of 7500m2 shopping centre, consisting of: 4,500 m2 Coles and 25 retail tenancies. 900m2 tavern, 2 x fast food shops, External 450m2 retail area consisting of three tenancies associated carparking and loading bays, external civil works and landscaping.

Experience obtained during Tom Forrester's tenure as General Manager of the construction division of a major publicly listed company.
