Brief description of the works including contract style

Design and Construction of the new head quarters ParaQuad, which included:

• a two storey office with internal ramp ad lift facilities
• 1800m2 warehouse allowing for future expansion
• area / warehouse for separate lease
• 600m2 PQE workshop

Major variations included increasing the office area by 100m2, increasing the capacity of the lift and reconfiguration and fit-out of the warehouse / workshop.

Experience obtained during Tom Forrester's tenure as General Manager of the construction division of a major publicly listed company.
